Instructions
1/2 fill a cocktail shaker with cubed ice
Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
1/2 fill a rocks glass with cubed ice
Strain the liquid into the glass
Add orange slice and cherry to garnish
About this Drink
Visit any reputable joint and you’ll likely see egg white as an ingredient in a few cocktails, including sours. The egg white creates a silky texture that sits at the top of the cocktail after it’s vigorously shaken. You won’t taste the egg, it just adds the perfect foamy finishing touch. Of course, you can leave it out if you want.
