HOW TO ENTER:
Enter by going to www.JackFire.com, finding the city/local prize you would like to attend and completing and submitting the form found there. Additionally, your entry into the Rise from the Fire Concert Series sweepstakes will result in an automatic entry into the Rise from the Fire Flyaway sweepstakes. Go to www.JackFire.com for details and Official Rules.
The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the "Rise from the Fire Concert Series" and the “Rise from the Fire Flyaway” sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.
Limit one entry per day.
DRAWING: Potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries for that geographic area. Drawing(s) will be conducted on or about dates noted on the chart, and potential winner(s) will be notified by iHeartMedia, on or about the date on the chart. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that event.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, iHeartMedia, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.
PRIZE: Thirty (30) prizes will be awarded per market. Prize consists of a pair of tickets to the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire iHeart Radio “Rise From The Fire” concert (ARV $100.00) in that local market. The date of the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire IHeartRadio “Rise From The Fire” concert local event will be within one (1) week of the Notice date and is subject to change. A total of 270 prizes will be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes: $27,000. If potential winner cannot attend on dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. Prize(s) may not be transferred. Limit one (1) prize per winner.
iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. (“Prize Provider”) is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of any event. Any provided tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Location of seats and tickets are in Prize Provider’s sole discretion or may be predetermined as supplied by the Prize Provider. The winner and guests agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the concert and/or other Contest prize events. Prize Provider and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner (and his/her guest) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert and/or other Contest prize event or in any other objectionable behavior. If, after a prize has been selected and ticketing has been completed, concert is cancelled, such portions of the prize will be forfeited and the Prize Provider shall have no further obligation to winner. Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All Federal state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential Winners will be notified by email and/or phone from iHeartMedia on or around the drawing date in their market. Winner will have one (1) day from date of notification to respond to the notice affirming acceptance of the prize. Upon acceptance and prior to attendance, winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability publicity release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers; iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
Any guest of the winner shall be 21 years of age or older and may be required to execute a similar affidavit and release prior to participating in any prize.
All attendees will be required to show identification confirming age prior to admittance.
Travel and Lodging is not any part of Prize.
