How to make a Lynchburg Lemonade

  2. Pour Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey over ice

  3. Add remaining ingredients, including lemonade, and stir

  4. Add a lemon wedge to garnish

How did Lynchburg Lemonade get its name?

It’s named after the hometown of our very own Jasper Newton Daniel, where you’ll also find the Jack Daniel's distillery. If you visit Lynchburg, Tennessee, you’re pretty much guaranteed a warm welcome and a cool glass of lemonade.

Some may call this a gesture of Southern hospitality, but we just call it “hello.” And if you stick around for a minute or two longer, you might very well get offered a splash of Jack to go along with it. That’s how you know you went from “visitor” to “friend”. Pair the two, and you've got our classic whiskey and lemonade cocktail, the Lynchburg Lemonade.

WHAT DOES LYNCHBURG LEMONADE TASTE LIKE?

This combination of whiskey and lemonade results in a refreshing, light, easy-to-drink cocktail. The Lynchburg Lemonade is a great way to enjoy Old No. 7 in warmer weather, with the fresh lemon juice bringing out a tangy, sweet and sour taste. Why not make a batch for your next backyard barbecue or a lazy summer's day?
