The Smallest Town in Whiskey Becomes the Biggest Scene in Barbecue

For one weekend every year, the smallest town in whiskey becomes the biggest scene in barbecue. You might not know it, but each year more than 40,000 folks travel to our small town in Tennessee to enjoy watching barbecue teams from around the world compete in The Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue.

We've been hosting our annual barbecue competition for more than 30 years now. And we don't mean to brag, but it has gotten to be a big deal for barbecue competitors and a lot of fun for our friends who join us each year.

Although the barbecue competition itself is in Wiseman Park, the entire town is filled with booths and displays. So in between sampling some of the best barbecue around, you can check out buck dancing, try your hand at butt bowling, or cheer on the pets in the Country Dog Show. Admission is free and open to all ages. We hope to see you there!
