NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a legal resident of the United States residing in Arizona to participate. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:  The Arizona Diamondbacks 7 Games Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts on 04/10/2022 at 12:01am PST and ends on 08/01/2022 at 11:59pm PST.

 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter via wireless text messaging, during the Sweepstakes period, send the letters JACKDBACKS to 68405 from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. Once you send the text message, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to participate. After your age is verified, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. If you are not successful in a drawing, you will automatically be entered into the next drawing. Entrants will be charged their text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms of their wireless calling plan. Text messaging and wireless services are not available in all areas.  Text STOP to QUIT.

 

Alternatively, you may enter by going to www.jackdaniels.com/JACKDBACKS and completing and submitting the online form you will find there. Limit one (1) entry per day, per person regardless of method of entry.

 

All entries must be received on or before 08/01/2022 at 11:59pm PST.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s, AZPB Limited Partnership (dba “Arizona Diamondbacks”), their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and their immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a legal resident of the United States residing in Arizona at the time of entry to be eligible.

 

DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in random drawings from among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Drawing will be conducted on the dates listed in the chart below.  

 

PRIZES:

There will be seven (7) prizes awarded.  Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to seven (7) 2022 Arizona Diamondbacks regular season home games at Chase Field for a total of (14) tickets per prize winner. ARV per prize awarded is $560 ($40 per ticket).  Prize winners will select game tickets based on available dates provided by the Arizona Diamondbacks.  Availability is subject to change; games will be based on Major League Baseball (“MLB”) and City of Phoenix directives regarding COVID-19 capacity restrictions.  The Prize draws and award will be according to the following chart.

Beverage alcohol is not part of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one (1) prize per winner. Potential winner will be notified by a text message, phone and/or email and will have 48 hours to claim the prize. Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.  Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

 

NOTICE:  If potential winner does not accept prize within the designated number of days, he/she may forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.  Alternate winner may have a varying time to accept the prize.

 

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

 

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Winner will pick up tickets at Chase Field’s ticket Will Call window on the day of the game or may be issued the tickets electronically prior to the game (as determined by the Arizona Diamondbacks). Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting his or her prize, winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers, Red Moon Marketing, the Arizona Diamondbacks, AZPB FM Limited Partnership, AZPB REM Limited Partnership, Maricopa County Stadium District, and MLB (including its related entities) from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s and the Arizona Diamondbacks for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and verification will be required. Any guest of winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and may be required to sign a similar release.

 

DISPUTES:  Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time without notice.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Arizona, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Arizona. The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or connected with these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, in the courts of competent jurisdiction sitting in Phoenix, Arizona.
