Ready to unleash your wildest bar idea? “Proof of Concept” invites you to dream big by designing a unique, innovative pop-up bar. In teams of two-three bartenders, celebrate craftsmanship and creativity and make a pitch to bring your vision to life. Submit a description of your idea and two or more cocktails (at least two using Jack Daniel's) that showcase your vibe. You'll be competing for a cash prize and a scholarship to Tales of the Cocktail 2026 with VIP and exclusive access to Jack's main stage event at Tales in NOLA. Each team member must make a formal submission, just cite your team name!
