This drink looks light in the glass, but don't let that fool you. The "Blonde" Boulevardier swaps out the dark, sugary vermouth for a crisp blanc version and herbal Bonal. It’s a sophisticated, slightly bitter mix that highlights the toasted oak and honey notes of our Triple Mash instead of covering them up.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz | 30ml Jack Daniel's Bonded Triple Mash
- 0.75 oz | 20ml Blanc Vermouth
- 1 oz | 30ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- Lemon Peel
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
- 2Add ice and stir for dilution
- 3Strain over fresh ice (big cube) in an old fashioned glass
- 4Garnish with a "horse-neck" lemon peel
