SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 4/03/2023 to 4/24/2023. All entries must be received by 4/24/2023 at 11:59 pm. EST when the sweepstakes ends.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter during the Campaign Period, text the SMS keyword “JackPresenta” to 68405. Once you receive a reply text, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate. After your age is verified, you will be sent to the registration page to submit a request. Official Rules can also be viewed. Entrants will be charged their text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms of their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless services are not available in all areas.
You can also enter by going to https://www.jackdaniels.com/JackPresenta and completing and submitting the form found there. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Jack Daniel’s Presenta sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.
Limit one entry per day, regardless of method of entry.

DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about 4/27/2023, and the winner will be notified by text message and/or phone and/or email from Red Moon Marketing, on or about 4/28/2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.
PRIZE: There will be one Prize awarded. Prize consists of a trip to Miami, FL to attend a Jack Presenta Private Party in Miami, including coach class air transportation for winner and guest, two-night hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to Jack Presenta’s Event and a $500 gift card (ARV $3,000). Trip must be taken from Friday, May 5th, 2023 – returning Sunday, May 7th, 2023. Winner and guest will travel from the airport closest to their legal residence. Ground transportation to and from local airports is not part of the Prize. If a potential winner cannot attend on dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable event venue rules or regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Miami Jack Presenta event. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. A 1099 will be issued.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Winner will be notified by text message and/or email and/or phone from Red Moon Marketing on or about 4/28/2023. Winner will have two (2) days from date of notification to respond to the notice affirming acceptance of the prize. Upon acceptance and prior to travel, winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
Any traveling companion of the winner shall be 21 years of age or older and will be required to execute a similar affidavit and release prior to participating in any prize.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Jack Daniels Presenta Sweepstakes 2023, Attn: Winners List, Red Moon Marketing, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226. Do not send entries to this address.
